I haven't got a regular face mask that I use and decided I needed to start using one more often. I've used a few REN ones and have to say I really don't like the feel of them on my skin which is unusual because I'm a massive fan of their products. In my January Glossy Box I got this Monu Aromatic Warming Clay Mask and decided to give it a go. This mask is made from natural clay and contains beeswax and coconut oil to soften, nourish and hydrate the skin. The natural clay helps to deep clean the skin and renew cell health whilst the coconut and beeswax give the skin moisture. It also has scents of lavender and rosemary making it feel really aromatic.
When you apply this mask it goes on very easy and evenly, you rub a generous amount into your face and as you rub it heats up slightly on your skin. It feels really smooth and creamy.
You leave this on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off using warm water. This mask doesn't actually set, it stay buttery and smooth which I prefer as I hate mask that dry and leave my skin feeling tight! I immediately noticed my skin felt moisturised. It almost feels like an oil but not greasy!
I'm really enjoying using this mask at the moment and would say it's one of the best I've ever used! This mask is for normal or combination skin.
