I've been really bad recently and have missed a few weeks at the gym so this week I'm back!! I've booked myself a Pilates class for tomorrow evening so look forward to trying that out. I've heard alot of good things about Pilates. It's great for the mind and body and I think it would be good for me as I suffer from terrible tension in my shoulders and neck and also have suffered with back problems in the past. I will find it a good way to unwind after a long hard days work. I'm aiming to get myself to the gym at least twice this week for a good physical work out too!
As I've already mentioned I have a consultation with Madeleine Shaw tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it! I think Madeleine will give me the kick I need at the moment as I'm finding it hard to keep myself motivated.
After the weekend I've had I need a good old detox! It's going to be lots of hot water with lemon for me this week and a good healthy eating plan which I'm hoping Madeleine can help me with.
