With 5 months to go I've found myself mostly thinking about my Wedding Day :)
I actually can't believe I'm going to be a wife soon!! The wedding plans are finally all coming together and now I am really starting to feel excited about the day. This is mostly due to my trip to the Bridal Shop recently with my Mum. I know most people say you should shop around before choosing "the dress" but this was love at first sight!! As soon as I walked in I spotted it and it was the first dress I tried on. The lady working there advised me to try a few others on so I did but none of them compared to my first love. When people say you feel like a princess in your wedding dress....you really do! Walking out of the fitting room towards my Mum was really emotional. It was a great bonding experience for us both. For obvious reasons I can't describe the dress to you but what I will say is it's very me..:)
We are slowly ticking things off of our list now, Flowers- Check, Photographer- Check, Guest List- Check, Rings- Check, License for marriage- Check.
We have just finalised our wedding invitation designs so that's another thing crossed off our list of things to do.
There really is so much to consider when planning a wedding, it's not just booking the venue....it's timings, decor, table plan, food, Ohhh that reminds me, we have an appointment in a few weeks for food tasting at the venue too. My diary is bursting with appointments! It's all so exciting and will be worth all the hard work in the end!
