This week I have found myself feeling really deflated and pretty disconnected from the real world! On days like these I have to have a quiet word with myself and remember all of the things I am grateful for in my life. This is when I need my therapy and reach out to my book shelf for my favourite book.....
I've spoken about this book before, it is filled with comforting and uplifting messages to keep a positive and healing tone throughout your day.
It's so beautifully illustrated, just looking at it lightens my mood!
We all have on and off days....some more than others. When you feel a little low it is so easy to stay that way....this is why we sometimes need a little helping hand! This week I have decided to fill my days with positive thoughts, remember all the things I am grateful for, and all the things I have yet to come!
A thought for the day is all the therapy I need....
