Vita Coco Coconut Water

I'm absolutely loving the Vita Coco Coconut Water at the moment. This is all part of my healthy eating plan! Coconut Water is the perfect and most natural way to hydrate your body. It's packed full of natural occurring electrolytes and contains more potassium than a banana which helps your body to properly hydrate.



Coconut Water contains no fat or cholesterol making this a delicious refreshing substitute to water. It is an acquired taste but there are a variety of flavour to choose from although I tend to stick to the Natural one in order to get the best out if it. This water is great for drinking after a gym session or any type of sport as it replaces fluid loss as well as boosting energy levels. It aids digestion and helps with weight loss as it increases the body's metabolism.

This week I'm meeting with Madeleine Shaw the Health Coach to discuss my diet and get a diet plan drawn up. I'm so looking forward to meeting her as I read her blog religiously and really enjoy all the health tips and simple recipes she creates. I will let you all know how I get on.
